A favourite armchair or other fabric seating can be included in your enquiry. Mention the item type, size and any unusual fabric or trim.
Marks and well-used areas
Point out spills, marked arms and areas that get the most use. Previous cleaning attempts and the age of the stain can affect what is achievable.
Before we visit
Keep any manufacturer’s care information handy and let us know about access to the furniture. We’ll discuss preparation, suitable cleaning and drying before the appointment.
Can all upholstery fabrics be cleaned in the same way?
No. Fibre type, construction, dyes and care instructions can affect suitability. Share any label information so we can discuss the right approach for your item.
Should I remove the cushion covers first?
Leave covers in place unless you have been advised otherwise for your appointment. Washing removable covers independently can affect their fit or appearance.
Can I arrange sofa and carpet cleaning together?
You can enquire about both together. Select upholstery and carpet cleaning on the contact page and give a brief description of each.
