Do I need to know what my carpet is made from?
If you know, please tell us. If you do not, mention that when you enquire rather than guessing. The carpet material and condition help determine suitable cleaning and realistic results.
Can you quote for stairs as well as rooms?
Yes, include stairs and landings in your enquiry. Tell us the number of steps, any landings and the rooms you would like cleaned so the quote reflects the full job.
When can I use the room again?
Drying depends on the carpet, method and room conditions. We’ll explain the expected drying time and any guidance for using the space after cleaning.
