What measurements should I send?
Approximate length and width are helpful, along with the number of rugs. Mention whether the rug has long pile, fringes or an unusual shape.
Can you clean a wool or handmade rug?
Suitability needs to be discussed for the individual rug. Tell us the material, construction and care instructions; we will not assume a treatment is suitable from the description alone.
Can I include more than one rug in my quote?
Yes. List each rug with its approximate size and material if known. You can also enquire about other cleaning services in the same message.
